Daily (one pill a day) suits people who have sex regularly or unpredictably and want continuous cover. On-demand (the “2-1-1” method) suits people who have sex less often and can plan around it. Both give strong protection — our doctors can help you choose if needed!

Yes. PrEP medications have been studied for over a decade and are considered safe and well-tolerated for long-term use under medical supervision.

Side effects are very rare. However, some possible side effects of PrEP include rash, nausea, headache, fatigue, gastrointestinal discomfort.
