Dr. Nunnapat “Aim” Pungloy, MD is a Research Physician at the Institute of HIV Research and Innovation (IHRI) in Bangkok, Thailand. She holds a Doctor of Medicine and is currently completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Chulalongkorn University’s College of Public Health Sciences, with a focus on healthcare resource distribution and social epidemiology.
Prior to joining IHRI, Dr. Aim gained extensive experience in hospital-based clinical practice. Her academic foundation includes participation in the Teikyo-Harvard special sessions in Social Epidemiology and Health Economics.
At IHRI, Dr. Aim provides clinical and research support in sexual health — managing clinical protocols and delivering medical oversight for HIV research and prevention initiatives. Her practice is guided by a commitment to data-driven, compassionate, and stigma-free care.
