Invest in us through our lead investor, A2D Ventures
We are seeking to raise $500,000 for 13% of Pride Health.
All investments are facilitated through a Singapore-based SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) led by A2D ventures.
1. Your investment is pooled into that SPV, which then invests directly into Pride Health.
2. You receive share certificates representing your position in the SPV.
